1. Mobile Service Requirements
We are a fully self-contained mobile auto detailing service. We bring our own water, power, and tools—no hookups needed. Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location. If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to access or safety concerns, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Service Duration
Detailing time depends on vehicle size and condition. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and unlocked for the duration of the service.

3. Pricing & Final Inspection
All listed prices are starting estimates. Additional charges may apply for pet hair, excessive staining, or oversized vehicles. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations: $25 fee

• No-shows or access issues: May result in full charge

5. Weather Policy
If weather prevents safe or effective service, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Let us know within 24 hours if you’re not satisfied—we’ll do our best to make it right.

7. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical/electrical failures, or personal items left in the vehicle.
